Who am I?
Hey guys, my name is Alexandra Grapa, and if you don’t know my story, I was born in a small city in Romania, and by the time puberty hit I got to pack a lot of weight. By the age 18 I was over 90 kg.
Moved to the the big city, where the social pressure can be felt very hard, but motivated me enough to join the gym, and was probably one of the best decisions ever. That`s how my journey to a happy and healthy person started. It wasn’t easy, it didn’t happen over night, and I will forever remember the days and nights I had to force myself to get a workout in, force myself to cook healthy foods, stop all the habits that were keeping me from reaching my goals.
After many years of research about nutrition and trying all these different types of workouts, learning what works best for me and what the proper training techniques are required for my clients I started achieving the results I wanted in myself and in the people I work with.
