My Transformation was full of obstacles, and I`m saying that without complaining because it made me who I am today and I found my passion and what I’m good at.
I started gaining weight at 15 yo, and by 18 i was already over 90 kg.
But as a young girl , moved to the capital with little money, I couldn’t afford a personal trainer so I went to a small gym and only did cardio and went on a crazy diet, fade, only salad and small pieces of chicken breast. The loads of cardio made me lose all the muscle mass I had, some fat, but looked very unhealthy, only loose skin, no shape
After some hormonal problems that appeared with the fad diet and cardio, I started wondering what am I doing wrong, spending 2 h in the gym and eating what I thought was healthy and getting so bad results.
After some research, I learned that I was doing EVERYTHING WRONG.
SO WHAT IS “THE RIGHT WAY” TO ACHIEVE THE IDEAL BODY?
There is NO right way for everyone. We`re built different, our GOALS are different, we have different lifestyles, jobs etc.
But what works for most is CONSISTENCY, DISCIPLINE and BELIEF. Believe you can do it! Stop setting limits on what you can achieve.
From my own experience I can say I only dreamed the life I’m living. I visualized it first, and put in the work. And here we are now.
